Julie was so patient with us, showing us multiple condos in Kona over several years. When we finally decided we were ready, and a condo that fit our needs came up for sale, she handled everything for us while we were on the mainland. We always felt that we were in good hands, so the entire experience was extremely positive. We would definitely use Julie for any future real estate needs!

Julie helped us sell our house in Kailua Kona. She made the process very easy especially considering that we were not on the island. We did the whole process through e-mail and Julie was very responsive and gave us frequent updates. She took care of everything including staging and selling some of the items we left behind. Julie helped us sell our house in Kailua Kona. She made the process very easy especially considering that we were not on the island. This was the first time I was involved with selling a house. This was a relative's house that I am the Executor for and I do not live in the area, or State, where this house is located. It was such a blessing and great fortune that I was able to get someone like Julie Edens as my realtor (and encyclopedia for real estate terms I never heard of...). She walked me through the process and provided A LOT of explanations to forms and questions I had absolutely no idea how to fill-in or answer. By her thorough, and patient, explanations and s alternatives presented, I had a much better and clearer idea of what I was filling out. Also, not being a resident of HI, I was at a total loss as to their laws and regulations.. again, Julie to the rescue.. she helped explain things that were part of the process and what was required in HI. She also created a schedule of milestone events with dates and references to the legal documents I signed. Throughout the process, from the first phone conversation to the final sale.. there was never any pressure to do anything I didn't feel comfortable doing. She made herself available for whenever I needed clarifications. And put me at ease at periods where there seemed to be nothing going on by telling me ahead of time, when these periods in escrow occurs and what's happening behind the scenes. I also knew and appreciated the fact that she was "My Realtor" in the negotiations and discussions and acted on my behalf through the staging & house preparations, showing the house, and all the things that were necessary for the sale of the house. The house was, in fact sold in HI, while I corresponded regularly with Julie to get all updates of prospective buyers and their comments.. and even had discussions of a "Plan B, C, and D" IF the house had not sold as we had hoped. Escrow closed while I was at my home in CA. I loved working with Julie and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants/needs such a knowledgeable, energetic, patient, and overall nice person to work with. Julie was great representing me when I recently bought a house in Kona. She brought up possible concerns and made sure I was aware of any potential problems. It really wasn't an easy transaction, but Julie was diligent and professional in dealing with the curve balls we were thrown. I would certainly recommend her to anyone in the Kona real estate market.

Julie Edens is a ball of energy with almost 30 years of experience in Hawaii real estate. She knows her stuff and gets the job done! My house sold the same day it was listed. That buyer couldn't get a mortgage, but she managed to sell it again almost immediately. She carefully shepherded the deal through the entire escrow process to closing, dodging potholes all the way.

We loved working with Julie! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. Her knowledge and and expertise are commendable, and she an asset to her profession. We purchased a condo for personal and rental use in Waikoloa, using Julie as our agent. This process took a few months and Julie patiently walked us through it from visiting many condos, discussing the pros/cons, helping us with the paperwork, etc. We do not live in HI, so Julie even went to the condo we ultimately bought and talked on the phone with me, describing the interior, etc. When I came to the island to look at the condo, she helped me all the way dealing with traveling, etc. She helped us get the best deal on the condo, too! She is an experienced, knowledgeable, well-spoken, friendly and kind realtor. I highly recommend her!

Julie is a joy to work with. She helped us purchase our first home back in 2012 and was here to assist us in selling our home this past March of 2018. Her hard work and expertise of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and we got a solid offer in 1-2 days! By the third day on the market, we were already under contract. Being that we have two small children and were living in the home while listing it...this was optimal, as we did not want to show the home multiple times (keeping home show ready is tricky with little ones)She's lived in the islands for quite awhile and knows her surrounding areas and has great repertoire with fellow real estate agents to allow a smooth transaction beginning to end.Julie is a gem.
